The present case involves a 65-year-old female patient, Caucasian, who wished to restore the missing teeth in the upper arch (position 12-15) and extract the remaining teeth, which were no longer healthy and causing pain and discomfort. From a medical history perspective, the patient had type 2 diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. Based on the information gathered, it was decided to intervene by atraumatically removing the dental elements at position 11, 21, 23, 24 and inserting 4 implants. The space between implants and basal bone was filled with enzymatically deantigenated equine bone granules and mixed with PRF to obtain sticky bone.
