{"id":12200,"date":"2025-05-19T09:51:31","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T08:51:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bioteckacademy.com\/?p=12200"},"modified":"2025-05-19T09:51:31","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T08:51:31","slug":"use-of-bone-grafts-of-equine-in-orthopedics-and-traumatology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bioteckacademy.com\/en\/use-of-bone-grafts-of-equine-in-orthopedics-and-traumatology\/","title":{"rendered":"Use of bone grafts of equine in orthopedics and traumatology"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In this newsletter we present the results of a study published in the international journal &#8220;Minerva Chirurgica,&#8221; illustrating the use of <strong>Bioteck<\/strong> bone substitutes in various applications in orthopedics and traumatology.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In all cases, bone substitutes from the <strong>Osteoplant\u00ae<\/strong> series were used.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These substitutes are made from s<strong>pongy equine bone tissue made biocompatible through the Zymo-Teck\u00ae enzymatic process<\/strong>: specific hydrolytic enzymes eliminate the antigens of equine tissue and preserve the bone collagen in its native conformation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This allows <strong>Osteoplant\u00ae<\/strong> products to maintain high mechanical strength.
