Un estudio comparativo in vitro entre biomateriales heterol\u00f3gicos con diferentes formas de col\u00e1geno y \u03b2-TCP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nos complace anunciarles la publicaci\u00f3n de un nuevo estudio in vitro publicado en la revista internacional Minerva Dental and Oral Science.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa investigaci\u00f3n, realizada en los laboratorios del San Raffaele de Mil\u00e1n y cuyo principal autor es el profesor Danilo Alessio di Stefano, presidente electo de la IAO, ha analizado las propiedades biol\u00f3gicas de dos injertos \u00f3seos de origen equino compar\u00e1ndolos con un material sint\u00e9tico, el fosfato tric\u00e1lcico beta (\u03b2-TCP).<\/p>\n<p>\nLas dos variantes de biomateriales de origen equino correspond\u00edan a injertos de col\u00e1geno \u00f3seo preservado (<strong>Osteoxenon\u00ae<\/strong>) y col\u00e1geno \u00f3seo hidrolizado (<strong>Bio-Gen\u00ae<\/strong>), ambos producidos mediante el proceso de desantigenizaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica a temperaturas controladas <strong>Zymo-Teck\u00ae (Bioteck SpA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para evaluar sus propiedades biol\u00f3gicas, los biomateriales se pusieron en contacto con las c\u00e9lulas, analizando par\u00e1metros fundamentales como la viabilidad celular, la adhesi\u00f3n, la diferenciaci\u00f3n osteog\u00e9nica y la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica relacionada con la remodelaci\u00f3n \u00f3sea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00f9Mientras que las c\u00e9lulas expuestas al \u03b2-TCP mostraron una actividad limitada, las c\u00e9lulas cultivadas en injertos \u00f3seos con col\u00e1geno preservado o hidrolizado mostraron diferentes grados de diferenciaci\u00f3n.
