The clinical case examined concerns a 62-year-old patient who turned up at the dentist for the decementation of tooth element 12. The radiographic examination showed a root fracture that made the element unrecoverable. The remaining root was extracted and a small flap was elevated and an incision was made and fixed with fibrin glue. The gap formed between the lamina and implant was filled with collagen-preserved granular bone graft, stabilised with fibrin glue. The operation was completed by suturing the papillae and applying a healing screw. At 9 months after regeneration, a control X-ray was taken that showed excellent integration of the granular graft and maintenance of the mesial and distal bone peaks.
