USE OF BONE BLOCK GRAFTS IN THE TREATMENT OF THICKNESS LOSS OF THE GLENOID CAVITY

Combination of two arthroscopic techniques in a cadaveric study.

The sheet summarizes the results of a cadaveric study published in 2018 in which 7 arthroscopic subscapularis augmentation (ASA) and Bone Block (BB) procedures were performed on the shoulders of cadavers. The feasibility and reproducibility of the combination of the two techniques (ASA – BB) in the treatment of anterior shoulder instability associated with glenoid bone loss and capsule laxity were demonstrated in this study.
