BLOCK GRAFT AND IMMEDIATE POST-EXTRACTION IMPLANT

The sheet summarizes the case of a 56-year-old patient, who visited the surgeon following a fracture of the left lateral incisor.  The treatment plan put forth to the patient entailed atraumatic extraction of the compromised tooth, followed by immediate placement of a post- extraction implant and the simultaneous performance of peri-implant bone regeneration, in order to create the appropriate support for the soft tissues.
