The equine enzymatically deantigenated xenograft shows higher new bone formation than anorganic bovine bone in patients treated for sinus lift

To investigate new bone formation and graft remodelling rate after maxillary sinus augmentation surgeries with an enzymatically-treated equine bone (EDEB) featuring preserved collagen and subsequent implant positioning. The performance of EDEB was compared to that of anorganic bovine bone in sinus lift.
