Faced with the ever-increasing number of clinical cases that are sent to Bioteck Academy, the latter has decided to equip itself with a board of independent reviewers, chosen from professionals in the various fields of application of its Devices, with the aim of selecting the most interesting and best-documented cases for publication on its clinical leaflets.
The professionals on the board are physicians who, over the years, have engaged in clinical collaboration with Bioteck Academy, and have willingly lent their expertise in order to raise the quality standards of Bioteck Academy publications.

Prof. Salvatore D’Amato
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1982, he started as Internal Medicine and External Professional Associate Physician of the Chair of Maxillofacial Surgery of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the University of Naples Federico II until 1997. Since 2002, he has been a confirmed researcher in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery of the University of Naples.
Since 2004, he has taught Odontostomatologic Diseases, General, Clinical and Pediatric Nursing Sciences, “Surgery Maxillofacial Surgery, at the Second University of Naples and since 2016 at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli.”
Since 2019, he has been an associate professor at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Naples.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the Academic Senate of the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”.
Since 1992, he has participated in numerous research projects aimed at the characterization of biomaterials used in maxillofacial surgery and the characterization of biomolecular markers involved in oral carcinoma.
He is an active member of the European Academy Esthetic Dentistry, Dell’Italia Academy Ethetic dentsry, the International Academy for Digital Dental Medicine (AAID),the Italian Academy Osseointegration, the Italian Society of Maxillofacial Surgery and the AOCMF Foundation.
He is president of the Italian Academy Esthetic Dentistry for the biennium 2023-24.
He is a speaker and chairman at numerous national and international congresses and is the author of >130 national and international publications.
