ONE CASE OF RECALCITRANT INFECTED RADIUS PSEUDARTHROSIS USING BONE GRAFTS AND DBM

The case is about a 38-year-old patient who suffered a fracture of the right radius. After a series of failed surgeries due to infections and to the development of pseudarthrosis, the patient underwent autologous bone graft (in chips) harvested from the iliac crest, mixed with Osteoplant Activagen Moldable Paste, Osteoplant Activagen (equine DBM), bone marrow aspirate from iliac crest and PRP prepared from peripheral blood. This procedure led to the resolution of the case.
